Jamie is a graduate of the MacEwan University Music program where he studied from 1977-1981 and has been on faculty since 1983. He has taught Music Technology, General Ensemble, Guitar, and Contemporary Combos over the past three decades and is currently Acting Section Head of Guitar.
Jamie’s lifelong interest in multiple music genres has given him opportunities to perform Jazz, Pop, Folk, Bossa, Hawaiian, and Early Music with various ensembles.
Pierre Paul Bugeaud and Gord Graber will join Jamie at Kaleido Family Arts Festival.
