Info Booths
Head to the Info Booth (93 St & 118 Ave, or Main Stage at 91 St & 118 Ave) to pick up Kaleido t-shirts, artist merch, festival guides, and more! You will also find first aid and lost & found.

We are situated in a residential and commercial community, please respect the neighbours and city signage.
Come Prepared!
Our festival carries on whether rain or shine. Bring clothing for outdoor and indoor fun. Please remember to bring your blankets and short chairs for mainstage area acts.

Enter the festival from any direction. It’s free-flow pedestrian traffic.
Admission
Kaleido is FREE! Please donate what you can at the colourful donation tubes on site, donation ambassadors roaming the ave, or online at kaleidofest.ca/donate.
50/50
Support the Festival! 50/50 tickets will be sold online at https://artsontheave.rafflenexus.com/ or buy them in person on-site September 13-15.

All Ages?
Yes, all ages. Performances are G or PG-rated unless otherwise noted in the program.
ATMs
There are two ATMs on site.
Food
Come out and try local Alberta Avenue restaurants, bistros, and festival food trucks throughout the festival grounds from 90 – 95 streets. (visit: alberta-avenue.com).
First Aid
For all medical emergencies, please go to the Info Booths, where a First Aid professional will be contacted.
Lost Kids
If you have a lost child, please contact festival staff for immediate assistance. Lost children will be cared for by festival staff. Please head over to the Info Booths for further assistance.
No-Smoking Site
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the festival grounds where people gather. This includes all seating areas, beer gardens, family areas, dance areas, etc. If you smoke, please go to the side street of 91 St & 118 Ave. Please pinch and pocket your butts.
Parking
The City will be ticketing and towing illegally parked vehicles. If you are coming by vehicle, please be aware of city parking bylaws and read and obey street signage. We are not liable for any tickets issued by the City of Edmonton.
Family Beer Gardens (Soccer Field 119 Ave & 93 Street)
We love that our festival site feels like a family gathering and celebration. We even made our beer gardens a family space! Please enjoy your cold beverage as your little friend next to you enjoys their Grizzly Paw root beer. Visit our beer gardens at Main Stage and Jazz Alley. Please be respectful of the patrons around you.
Lost Items
If something has been lost and not claimed after the festival, please contact The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse (call 780-471-1580 or email manager@the carrot.ca) before September 30. All items not claimed by this date will be donated to The Bissell Centre Thrift Shoppe. All lost items will be deposited at the Info Booth.

Clothing for the weather (warm for evenings and rain gear)

Keep It Clean! Remember Your Neighbours
Kaleido Family Arts Festival is a Community Arts Festival. Please be mindful that our festival is planted in the Alberta Avenue District. Be neighbourly and respectful of our neighbours as you walk back and forth throughout our community – residential & commercial. Please dispose of garbage and recyclables in their appropriate places, including cigarette butts.
