Kathryn Dutchak was born in 1988 as a twin to another brother in a family of six. Her father worked for the Ministry of Sustainable Resource Development before dying of cancer in 2012, and her mother was a school teacher before quitting the workforce in the early 2000’s due to the chronic wasting disease, MS. As fourth generation Ukrainian settlers, mixed with second generation Polish WWII refugees, Kathryn’s work strives to uncover the truth while still working within the realms of art, craft, illustration and photography.

Kaleido Festival
