When a handful of CKUA staff started an informal ukulele band in 2013, no one could predict that in just four years the group would quadruple, come to include more non-CKUA members than staff, and even land a paying gig or two!

We’ve played in hot and cold weather, we’ve strummed and sung on the roof patio of our building, in a farmers’ field, in an alley and anywhere else we were invited. We always welcome anyone who can bring their instrument (non-ukuleles welcome!) to our Wednesday noon practices at the CKUA headquarters.
